Schools that will work according to the Russian educational standards will open in Tajikistan

Construction of five schools would begin in Tajikistan, they were going to work according to the Russian educational standards. This was stated by the First Deputy Minister of Education, Dmitry Glushko.

“The project has reached the stage of practical implementation,” he informed.

Within the meeting, the main provisions regulating conditions for creation and functioning of schools in the Republic of Tajikistan were fixed.
Dmitry Glushko recalled that The Russian Teacher Abroad joint humanitarian project was currently being implemented and number of its participants was constantly growing. That academic year, 50 Russian teachers taught the Russian language and literature, mathematics, chemistry, biology and other subjects in Russian at schools in Tajikistan.

“I believe it is important to develop educational cooperation between our countries in other areas, including on joint development of an educational and methodological complex on Russian as a foreign language with a country-specific nature of the Republic of Tajikistan for students of 1-11 grades of Tajik schools,” said Dmitry Glushko.

He drew attention to relevance of interaction in the area of secondary vocational education, vocational guidance of schoolchildren, development of training programs for teachers of technical schools and colleges, including using distance technologies.

Dmitry Glushko noted that in 2022 Moscow would host the XX Abilympics International Professional Skills among people with disabilities and invited the team of Tajikistan to participate in its events.
