Russia and Kyrgyzstan discussed the issue of building nine joint schools
Minister of Education Sergey Kravtsov held a meeting with the Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Beishenaliev, during which they discussed various aspects of the implementation of the project for the construction of schools in Kyrgyzstan, working in accordance with Russian educational standards. They also discussed cooperation in other areas in the field of education.
The parties have already preliminarily agreed on the construction of nine joint educational organizations and identified three priority land plots in the cities of Osh, Karakol and in the Chui region. An approximate individual curriculum of educational institutions will be formed taking into account the wishes of the Kyrgyz side to create schools of natural science profile. The conditions for the functioning of joint educational organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic and the responsibility of the parties for the financial support of their activities will be enshrined in the relevant intergovernmental agreement.
